Meet the Authors:
Michael Lovas and Pam Holloway

Michael Lovas and Pam Holloway are co-founders of About People, a unique consulting firm.  They focus on the psychology of credibility, likeability and business relationships.  In other words, they help business professionals improve how their target markets perceive them. 

Together, Michael and Pam have published ten books and delivered training programs across the US and Canada, England, Fiji, Mexico and Finland. Both authors constantly learn more about how the human mind works and consistently find more effective ways to use that know-how in business.

They are both psychologists who share their wisdom through consulting, coaching, speaking and writing.

Pam

Pam is widely respected as a Knowledge Management consultant.  Her KM tenure includes twelve years with ExxonMobil and two years as a Principle of Knowledge Harvesting, Inc. (KHi)

Pam has a BA in Liberal Arts, an MS in Biological Psychology and post-graduate work in Neuroscience and Organizational Behavior.  She is a licensed practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and continues to study NLP as well as other Cognitive Science programs and tools.

Michael

Michael is considered the "Father of Credibility Marketing."  He spent seven years on the corporate side with JCPenney.  Now, he is a licensed trainer of NLP, a Master Practitioner of NLP, and a Clinical Hypnotherapist.  He is also one of those strange people - an extrovert who loves the process of writing.  So, he writes several business columns, blogs and newsletters.

As a Marine Corps veteran, Michael is also very active in the veteran community and is the founder of a non-profit organization helping veterans transition to civilian careers.  (www.2nd-shot.org)

At Home

Michael and Pam are married and live in the middle of a pine forest outside Spokane, Washington. Their lives are a whirlwind of dogs, cats, deer, wild turkeys, gardening, cookouts and Michael's Harley.
